Accessibility Statement
Gemwatt wants everyone to be able to use this website and the Gemwatt app, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We work to make our service accessible and we keep improving it.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Israeli Standard 5568 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at level AA, as required by the Israeli Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law and its accessibility regulations.
What we have done on the website
- Pages use headings, landmarks and links that screen readers can navigate, and a "skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, and the element in focus is clearly highlighted.
- Text and controls have sufficient contrast against their background, and links in text are underlined.
- Text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content, and pages adapt to small screens.
- Animations stop or reduce when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Images and illustrations that carry meaning have a text description; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
What we have done in the app
- The app follows the font size and display settings of your phone.
- Buttons and screens are labelled for screen readers (TalkBack on Android, VoiceOver on iOS).
- The app does not rely on colour alone to show meaning.
Known limitations
- The rotating gemstone on the home page and the charts are visual illustrations. Their meaning is described in text next to them, but the drag-to-rotate interaction is not available from the keyboard.
- The app's charts show detailed values only when you touch them; the same figures are shown as text in the lists and summaries around them.
- The service is currently available in English only.
- Some third-party pages we link to (your car maker's sign-in page, the app stores) are not under our control.

We reply within 2 business days and will try to provide a solution or an alternative way to get what you need.
